Scaling Introduces New Challenges

 

As medical device programs move from development into production, common challenges begin to emerge:

  • Longer lead times driven by external dependencies
  • Slower iteration during early and mid-stage builds
  • Reduced control across critical parts of the manufacturing process

Machine Shop Expansion

  • +100 m² dedicated machine shop space
  • Up to 80% of fixture production brought in-house
  • Reduced reliance on external tooling suppliers

 

Control Room Expansion

  • +280 m² added manufacturing footprint
  • Designed to support higher-volume production
  • Built to scale alongside customer demand

This expansion is designed to directly improve how programs move through development and into production.
